How do booking my style treatments with Blown work?

Bookings and appointments can be booked and purchased online. All stylists have BLOWN card machines so you can also choose to pay during your appointment. We accept card or cash payments when paying at your appointment. You can always email us with your booking if you have further questions on detailed bookings or general enquiries.

What happens once I have booked?

Once you have booked online we will send you a confirmation email with details of your style treatment chosen, the date and time your booking is confirmed and details of the address you have given for your artists or stylist to attend. You will also receive a reminder SMS text or email 48 hours before appointment

What will I need to do once I have booked with Blown?

All you will need to do is sit back, relax and your professional artist will be with you at your location given. We'll also remind you when your artist is on their way to you and if your Stylist is running late we will always contact you and keep in touch, we ask that if you are running late you contact our Reception team via email hello@blowme-london.com or call us on 0207 458 4536

How do I prepare for my treatments prior to booking?

No need to wash your hair before a colour appointment as the colour absorbs easier with the hairs natural oils, when it comes to shampooing your colour out we do everything for you step by step using the best of our haircare range of shampoos, conditioners and treatments. For all updo, hair up or hair extension bookings and appointments please ensure your hair is washed and clean as a daisy and dry before your appointment for a totally gorgeous finished end result to your style treatment to get started as soon as your stylist has arrived and set up.

What experience do your stylists have?

Our stylists are all of the advanced senior level of stylists available. Our stylists are fully qualified and insured with over 10 years experience in the hair industry. Our pro team of mobile hairdressers, hair stylists, advanced colourists and directors are regularly featured session stylists artists in tv, film, and magazine photoshoots.

Will I have a consultation during my appointment?

A top consultation is always included during your appointment with your artist to guarantee the best personal style to suit you your artist or stylist will run through looks, styles, images, possible mood boards if requested, and a quick run through on what styles, colours, lengths or volume you are hoping for.

Can I cancel or reschedule my bookings?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your bookings with Blown, you can click the cancel appointment link within your email confirmation. Feel free to cancel your treatments at any time within our cancellation policy or make adjustments via your confirmation email. You can also email us directly at hello@blowme-london.com to make any changes, adjustments or cancellations or speak to our reception and booking team during our working hours.

Will I be issued a refund if I cancel any style treatments?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A full refund is issued at anytime before 24 hours of your treatment confirmations only. Same day cancellations will not be issued with full refunds of treatment bookings.

Preparation?

No need to do anything to prepare, our Stylists come to you at your preferred location fully equipped with Stock, Colours, Equipment, Shampoos, Conditioners and Treatments needed for your Hair Appointment with us. You’ll have a thorough consultation during your Appointment to ensure your perfect Style, Colour, Treatment or Hair Extensions are always achieved just how you like.

Olaplex and Treatments Add Ons?

We always advise on our Olaplex add on Bond Treatment after such a big colour job adding protein and keratin back into the hair shaft for healthy hair really is advised, we charge £35 for an Olaplex add on which you can request during your Hair Appointment

Roots Add On?

If you are adding roots to your colour Balayage or Highlights, we charge £35 for Roots add on to your colour booking. You can request a Root add on with your Stylist during your Hair Appointment.

Haircut Add On?

Add a Haircut on to your Colour Appointment booking with us. Add on a Haircut to your Re-Growth Tint or Full Colour Tint for extra Healthy Hair. One Lengths, Long Layers, Messy bobs, pixies or cropped. Our Pro Stylist team of Hairdressers can trim, shape and style you in the comfort of your home or location. Our Hairdressers come with all cutting equipment.

Your Stylist and Advanced Colourist?

Our Pro team of Mobile Hairdressers, Stylists, Advanced Colour Stylists and Directors are fully qualified and insured and have over 10-15 years experience working with Top leading Salons and with us in our London Pro Hair Team.

Skin Allergy, Patch Test and Chemical Treatment Consent Form?

We ask that our online Skin Allergy and Chemical Treatment Liability form is read and agreed before booking a Hair Appointment with us. This is completed during the book online process and Checkout.

How can I pay for my Hair Appointment with Blown?

We accept Card Payments and Cash Payments during your Hair Appointment.. We give you the option of paying during your Appointment as an at home salon service using our card machines or paying cash or Pre Paying online using card. We accept all major debit and/or credit card including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is Your Cuts, Colours & Style Refund Policy?

We give you the option if you want to pay for your appointment online pre paid or during your appointment as a salon service. Card and Cash payments are accepted from all major card or credit cards online or in person. For Pre paid online payments we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A full refund is issued 48 hours prior to cancellation. Same day cancellations or no shows will not be issued a full refund.

What is your Hair Extensions Return & Refund Policy?

With our Hair Extension Bookings we have a cancellation fee of £50. If you have had your consultation and have confirmed your hair appointment and the Hair has already been ordered and you decide to cancel the cancellation fee is £50. The process of a refund can take anywhere within 30 business days to be fully refunded.
