PLEASE NOTE: If you are adding a Haircut to your Re Growth or Full colour tint service, we charge only £55 for a Haircut add on with one of our Top Stylists or Directors add on to your colour booking. We always advise on our Masque Treatment add on after such a big colour job adding protein and keratin back into the hair shaft for healthy hair really is advised.
Cancellation Policy
CUTS, COLOURS & STYLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY We give you the option if you want to pay for your appointment online pre paid or pay during your Hair Appointment as a salon service, For pre paid online bookings we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A full refund is issued at any time before 48 hours of your treatment confirmations only. Same day cancellations will not be issued with full refunds of treatment bookings. HAIR EXTENSIONS RETURN & REFUND POLICY With our Hair Extension appointments we have a cancellation fee of £50. If you have had your consultation and have confirmed your appointment and decide to cancel or we have already ordered the hair for you with our Hair Extension bookings the cancellation fee is £50. The process of a refund can can take anywhere within 30 business days to be fully refunded.
