Our Hairdressers come with all cutting equipment, provide a thorough consultation and finish off with a blowdry included and a touch of hairspray so you are ready to go. Using the best of our top branded sponsored hair tools, hairsprays and cutting kits you don't have to lift a finger to look chic and feel great. We recommend a haircut or trim every 6-8 weeks for healthy maintained hair. The Olaplex bonding Treatment is included with our Haircut Appointment. Olaplex dramatically strengthens, protects, repairs and adds Protein and Keratin for beautifully healthy hair. We advise using an Olaplex during your colour service with us for Happy Hair. For all Haircut & BlowDry appointments we include shampoo and conditioners, no need to wash your hair, we do everything for you for a totally gorgeous finished end result to your style treatment. A consultation is always included during our appointment. We always advise on an Olaplex Add on for the best finished result the Bond Nourishing Treatment with Keratin and Protein for Strong, Healthy, Glossy Hair.
Cancellation Policy
CUTS, COLOURS & STYLE RETURN & REFUND POLICY We give you the option if you want to pay for your appointment online pre paid or pay during your Hair Appointment as a salon service, For pre paid online bookings we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. A full refund is issued at any time before 48 hours of your treatment confirmations only. Same day cancellations will not be issued with full refunds of treatment bookings. HAIR EXTENSIONS RETURN & REFUND POLICY With our Hair Extension appointments we have a cancellation fee of £50. If you have had your consultation and have confirmed your appointment and decide to cancel or we have already ordered the hair for you with our Hair Extension bookings the cancellation fee is £50. The process of a refund can can take anywhere within 30 business days to be fully refunded.
